Biography :
Dr. Anhê earned a DDS (2007) and MSc in Physiology (2010) from the University of São Paulo, and a PhD in Physiology–Endocrinology (2017) from Université Laval under Dr. André Marette. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at McMaster University (2018–2022) with Dr. Jonathan Schertzer, where he studied gut microbiota–host interactions in metabolic regulation.
