
Biography :
Wangang Zhang got his PhD from Iowa State University of United States in 2009 and joined Nanjing Agricultural University of China as a full professor in 2011. His research mainly focuses on meat biochemistry regulating the quality of meat products. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor of Meat Science, Scientific Editor of Food Science of Animal Resources, Associate Editor of Chinese Journal of Animal Science, and Editorial Board Member of several scientific journals.
